Crock Pot Artichokes




5 artichokes, remove stalks and tough leaves
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
8 peppercorns
2 stalks celery, cut up
1/2 lemon, sliced
2 cups boiling water


1. Combine all ingredients in crockpot.

2. Cook on High 4 – 5 hours.
