  1. Oh this is so true. I cannot say for certain exactly how long we have been homeschooling. Somewhere around three or four years. We’ve had so many difficulties and false starts. I have two special needs boys (one more than the other) and a rambunctious girl with learning difficulties (plus a 14-month-old). It’s been a journey but as time has passed it has become easier by the grace of God. One day at a time!

  2. Thank you for sharing…powerful points and I needed them all. I too sometimes worry if I’m doing it right! This reminds me of what our pastor’s wife, a fellow homeschooling Mom, always tells me – “Remember the big picture, one day doesn’t define you – it can’t make you a success or destroy you either, and remember why you are doing this!!”
    Blessings to you!

  3. Lisa – How encouraging! We are at the end of our homeschooling journey and these words are so very true. He is the author, and perfecter. Thank you.

  4. I couldn’t be more blessed today by reading this! Thank you for posting! May our Lord bless you on this journey

  5. You are always so inspiring, delivering a message I need to hear at just the right moment. God is truly working through you.

  6. Thank you so much for this! I am wanting to homeschool my kids but am having trouble figuring out where to start. This helps me know that I do not need to worry and reminds me that God will provide.
