  1. Hi, I am struggling with depression and I am not eating the best. I am not overweight and I workout, but I am thinking the food I put in my body is bringing me down! What are some things you eat for lunch? I have a smoothie in the morning and I fix health dinners for the most part, but I struggle with lunch! Any ideas besides just salad? Thanks!

      Currently I am on 3 medications over the past 2 years and am trying to come off one of them (Klonopin). Could you share with me your symptoms of withdrawal and how/what did you do to deal with it? Thank you!
