Born and raised in Santa Monica/West LA, he attended public schools and earned a BS in Engineering from Cal State Northridge, and an MBA from Chapman University while in the Air Force. He served for 20 years, retiring as a Lt Col in the USAF and Air National Guard, and held various civil engineering positions. His work on air force base facilities led him to research origins science and worldviews, eventually leading to his conversion to Christianity at age 50. He has led The Truth Project since 2007, taught Adult Sunday School and managed a Bible study program, and co-edited a book on Political Correctness as a dangerous worldview. He was a substitute teacher and active in public education reform until realizing the system violates God’s design for social order. He is married with three grown children and resides in Columbia, SC, serving as Assistant to the Chairman of the Christian Education Initiative.
