This is such a cute bag! I’m sad that you won’t be at our conference. Next year, think LEAH in Rochester, NY!

I’m so glad I stumbled upon you this spring; you have given me SO much encouragement in my marriage and homeschooling, just when I needed it. Thank you for sharing your life with us.

We have just made the decision to homeschool our three girls. We are soooo excited and scared at the same time. I’m thankful God has placed women like you on my path to guide and encourage me. I listened to you and your husband speak on the Dobson family talk show and was so encouraged by what you said. I’m most worried on how I’m going to do with our special needs/cognitively impaired daughter but again after listening to you speak and following your blog, Im convinced God will encourage and help me every step of the way. I’m already making a list of all your books and want to get started on them.

    God bless you!

First I want to thank you for all you do and have done for homeschooling families everywhere. You and your family are living examples of the gift of homeschool. You inspire me to undertake homeschooling my four children (7,4,2,2mo) and I am grateful for the wealth of information and support you provide. This coming year will be our first official homeschool year (althought as any parent I “teach” them everyday!) and we are very excited! I hope to win one of these prize bags but if I don’t I plan to save up to get your books anyway. I love your tone of voice (even written) and your outlook on homeschooling, Jesus Christ and our purpose as parents to educate our children.
    Thank you!

    Bags, bags, bags,
    They’re very useful things,
    If we didn’t have bags,
What would we use to put a lot of things in.

This is a children’s song off “Playschool” a children’s TV program in Australia which has been around since I was a child. I’ve been singing that song for about 22 years now as each of my children have been through that stage.
