  1. Love this post and it’s interesting that my “essentials” are the same as yours – except I’ve been praying about leaving coffee behind because it adversely affects me and herbal tea just doesn’t cut it for my mornings… I think I will try green tea, thank you!

    1. I’ve been working on cutting back on coffee too, I used to have several cups of coffee a day. But since having a cup of green tea in the morning – I find there are some days when I don’t even crave coffee! 🙂

    1. Raina, hat used to happen to me too!! I had to worked my way up to the cold glass of water. I started with just a little bit of room temp water and gradually increased the amount to at least a large cup, over the course of a few days. Once I got to a large cup of room temp water, and could tolerate it – I then began working on making the water colder each day by adding an ice cube (each day adding one more)until I reached about a handful for each glass. 🙂

  2. I have found that eating a little fruit with the water keeps me from feeling sick to my stomach. It also jump starts your metabolism and the digestion process.
