  1. This is a great list! Thank you! We have a gym membership, but have trouble making time during our homeschool day to get there. HOWEVER: How do I know which exercises to do with each tool to get a full body workout? Any resources or ideas?

  2. Weights do help you get more muscle and results faster and this is a great list for those that want more out of their workouts.

    Don’t forget that many workouts that you can do at home require no equipment at all! Bodyweight exercises are a great way to lose weight, tone up and feel great without having any equipment to store in your home!
    Squats, lunges, burpees, step ups, etc. are great moves that will help you get in shape in no time at all!

  3. One thing to keep in mind when doing any workouts at home is to make sure you have the right equipment in place, such as flooring and mats. Flooring and mats can help protect the fitness lover from any additional stress and shocks, which provides them with a healthier, more productive workout.
